I got the pearl earrings as a gift and unfortunately I cannot have my ear pierced (for medical reasons), so I wanted to have them converted into clips. A few different jewellers in Dublin told me that it was impossible job, not only at their place, but in general. I'm glad I didn't get discouraged and enquired it at Conway's Jewellers. They immediately agreed to do it, without any issues at all. I couldn't be happier with the result! The clips are beautiful. I strongly recommend this place!

This place is a great jewellers. I wanted to get a replica of an old cross and it was recommended to get a mold made. I cannot say how helpful all the staff were from talking me through the process to even making sure the chain matched exactly what I wanted. The copy is unbelievable and no one can tell the difference. Highly recommended!

Fantastic and very obliging jewellers. I was in there today with an issue I had with my bracelet. They fixed the clasp and refused to accept any sort of payment! Easy to find location, on Liffey Street right at the corner of Henry Street.Don't spend hours looking for that perfect Irish memory, this is the best shop, and you'll be very pleased with the professional service and extensive range of products.

Absolutely WOW,if we could give more than 5 stars we would.From minute 1 with Ian’s help we had the most amazing experience.The time he gave to us showing us all the options we had and explaining that we could pick what we liked and practically design the Engagement and Wedding rings ourselves,well to a degree because when Ian,Dave and their team took over the design and construction their expertise really shone through.Within days we had an amazing technical breakdown of everything we had requested and how everything was going to be done.Their communication was second to none and as soon as our rings were ready we got the call and rushed in to pick them up.Again Ian was on hand to greet us and show us what Conways team had produced for us.The Shock when we realised how much better it looked in reality.We were also kindly told to bring the Engagement Ring back the week before the wedding for a clean and polish.We will be recommending Conway’s Family Jewellers to anybody that we hear is thinking of buying any form of jewellery.
