Refund and Returns Policy

We allow 14 days for returns and refunds.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We are unable to offer refunds on items that have been personalised, eg engraved items. For hygiene reasons we cannot offer returns on jewellery items that are designed for piercings (earrings etc.).

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If for any reason we cannot approve your refund we will notify you.
Once we are satisfied that the item has been returned in it’s original packaging and in the condition it was dispatched, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your debit or credit card. We endeavor to process refunds within 3 working days of receipt of items.

Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items 
Only full priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

If you are not entirely happy with your choice we are happy to offer an exchange at one of our stores, located in Dublin. We cannot offer a refund of items bought online instore. Items must be in their original packaging, in the condition in which they were sent and must be accompanied by order confirmation as proof of purchase.

Returning your Order

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We recommend you use a tracked service when sending your return, and keep hold of the tracking number until we have notified of receipt of your return. Conway’s Jewellers is not responsible any loss or damage to items while in transit to us.
